Gustavo Brito is a 42 years old worker with 10 years of experience at Cerezas Argentinas, who started as a laborer, and recently got promoted to supervisor. His wife, Natalia, also works there during harvest season. A powerful hail storm completely destroyed their roof, which he was able to partially repair with some metal sheets. His dream is to finish the roof, add insulation, build the walls to connect the bathroom with their house, and to be able to finish the gas connection for the heating.
